By accessing or using bosarethomusic.store ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Artist", or "Client") and Bosaretho Music Distribution ("Bosaretho", "we", "us", or "our").
By completing a payment on this Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
Bosaretho Music Distribution provides digital music distribution services that deliver your music to major streaming platforms and digital stores worldwide, including but not limited to Spotify, Apple Music, Audiomack, Boomplay, Tidal, Deezer, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, TikTok, SoundCloud, and 150+ additional platforms.
Distribution is powered by LabelGrid. After payment is confirmed, you receive a LabelGrid artist invite via email within 24 hours, through which you upload your tracks, cover art, and release metadata directly.
Our services include:
To use our services, you must provide accurate and complete information at checkout. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details provided, including your email address, artist name, and phone number. Your LabelGrid account credentials will be sent to your registered email address.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use our services. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account via hello@bosarethomusic.store or WhatsApp.
You retain full ownership of all rights to your music. Bosaretho does not claim any copyright, master rights, or publishing rights over your recordings. By using our services, you grant Bosaretho a non-exclusive licence to distribute your content to digital service providers on your behalf.
You represent and warrant that:
Submitting content you do not own rights to is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are charged as a one-time fee per release. There are no monthly subscriptions, no renewals, and no recurring charges. Payment is processed securely through Paystack. We accept debit/credit cards, bank transfers, USSD, and mobile money.
Each package covers one release project. Additional releases require a separate payment. Prices are subject to change; any price changes will be communicated via email and will not affect releases already paid for.
Refund Policy: Payments are non-refundable once your LabelGrid invite has been issued and your release has been submitted for distribution. If you experience a technical issue or have not received your invite within 24 hours of payment, contact us immediately at hello@bosarethomusic.store or WhatsApp.
Bosaretho retains a distribution commission of 10–15% of DSP royalties earned by your release. The remaining royalties belong to you and are tracked via your LabelGrid dashboard. Royalty reports are available monthly through LabelGrid.
Payouts are processed in Nigerian Naira via Paystack to your registered Nigerian bank account. The minimum payout threshold is ₦5,000. Royalties below this threshold will be carried forward to the next payment period.
Bosaretho is not responsible for delays caused by streaming platforms in reporting or releasing royalty data. DSP royalty reporting typically lags 60–90 days behind the streaming period.
You agree not to submit content that:
Bosaretho and LabelGrid reserve the right to refuse or remove content that violates these guidelines without prior notice. No refund will be issued for releases removed due to content violations.
After you upload your release on LabelGrid, we aim to deliver your music to all platforms within 24–72 hours. We recommend setting a release date at least 7 days in the future to allow sufficient time for all platforms to process and publish your release.
Bosaretho does not guarantee exact go-live dates as individual DSPs control their own publication timelines. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party platforms.
You may request removal of your content from all platforms at any time by contacting us via hello@bosarethomusic.store or WhatsApp. Please allow 5–10 business days for takedown requests to be processed across all platforms. Some platforms may take longer to reflect the removal.
Since our pricing is one-time and not subscription-based, takedowns do not entitle you to a refund of the original distribution fee.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your music will be removed from all platforms unless you migrate to another distributor. Bosaretho reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, submit infringing content, or abuse our support team.
As our model is pay-per-release (not subscription-based), termination does not entitle you to any refund of amounts already paid.
Bosaretho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific release in question.
We do not guarantee specific streaming numbers, playlist placements, Spotify for Artists verification, or revenue amounts. Distribution does not imply promotion.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The most current version is always available at bosarethomusic.store/terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
